To ensure maximum reliability and professional quality, all sessions are shot using three-chip cameras and high-fidelity lavaliere microphones for both the deponent and questioning attorneys. For total peace of mind, we utilize redundant recording, capturing audio and video on a minimum of two separate machines simultaneously.
Our standard delivery is provided in digital format. We can deliver files within 48 hours of your deposition’s completion via secure cloud services. Physical copies can also be mailed upon request. For cases requiring a higher technical standard, our legal deposition videographer team can record in High Definition or 4K, utilizing letterbox formatting with timecode and producing any electronic file format your firm requires.
Video Conferencing
We provide two dedicated locations in Southern Oregon—Medford and Grants Pass—for professional video conferencing. Each room is designed to accommodate up to six people, though we can make arrangements for larger groups if required.
